I was introduced into getting a copy of Windows Vista for myself after reading through posts on www.tomshardware.com. I was so keen in getting a copy but I do not know which flavour might be suitable for me. After searching through a few websites, I have decided to get myself a copy of Windows Vista Home Premium.
The reason why I have decided to buy that package is because it has the 'aero' effect which Home Basic does not have. I don't want to spend too much money in buying the Business Edition or the Ultimate Edition as they are pretty expensive.
Well, the next thing to look for is a suitable place to buy a reasonably priced Windows Vista Home Premium software. Where else to look for? Ebay then!!! Well, I could get an OEM copy of Vista Home Premium for £86.99 including postage and handling but it will take two days to arrive.
In the end, I went to a local shop to buy and it cost £86.00. One thing good of buying anything from a local shop is that you do not need to go through the hassle of sending back the product(s) if they are faulty or they are in need of exchanges. By buying a particular product locally, I would be able to just go across the road or just a few minutes' walk to get my refund if I am not satisfied with the product or there is some fault lies within the software itself. Believe me, sometimes it happenes! I will keep you posted about using Vista Home Premuim Edition.
