Around UK in 24 Hours

What a wonderful day to travel around UK! Yesterday, the three of us went to Birmingham, thinking that we will be able to see some live action of Malaysia in the Yonex Badminton All England Championship in NIA, to find out that all tickets to the finals have been sold out. What a disppointment!

Well, we ended up in Bicester Village where we did some shopping for a few hours before proceeding to take one of our passengers home. After that the two of us headed back to our home to find out that the M4 was at a stand still. We do not know what was happening but luckily we went to a nearby Moto to take a break for a while. After that we continued our journey home.

It was surprising to see that the only thing which bog down al the cars were the fact that certain part of the M4 had its traffic diverted from three lanes down to just one lane. Apparently there was a road work so we could not do anything. Just imagine the traffic jam!

The funny part was that we came across a male cligging onto the front of a truck while the truck was moving at around 1:30am. Look closely at the short movie clip and tell me what do you think about it. It is funny, though.

One more thing. We two came into a conclusion that it was God who sent us into the Moto Station to have a break and also to refuel. Otherwise, our car might have run out of petrol and we would be seriously tired to continue the journey. There is a God.

The experience of having old friends around for the first time on a trip after so many years is exciting and fun. We laughed and shared many happy moments together. I think we should have more of these trips in the future.
