Interest Rates Going Up again?
It is projected that the BOE is going to increase the base lending rate to 6% towards the end of this year. Well, I would have to ask you people... Is this a news to you? It has been mentioned in the news that BOE will eventually increase the BOE to 6% before decresing. I don't know what is the purpose for them to increase the base interest rate but I really hope that the interest rate will fall soon.

Isn't this good news? Wouldn't you get very good interest for all your bank investments?
It is a good news for some people but for some, it is bad news. Look at those house buyers. Will they say that it is good news when they need to pay more for their housing loan?
At the end of the day, it's about smart spending & investing wisely.
Yes...One needs to do good budgeting now days.
