Misconception?

I heard from a very good friend of mine stating that the authorities are clamping down on gay blogs. Well, I took his comments with all my heart. Although it is merely hearsay, I trust him with all my heart. What I don't understand is why the authorities want to clamp down on such blogs?

From the start, I am a straight guy and would not give sides to anyone. I just want to be fair. Well, gays and lesbians do have their own rights too. Blogs are there for people to express their views and opinion. Ofcause it is true that we should also respect the community by not writing something which is really offensive to others.

I do feel that it is best for the authorities to promote such a blogs. I think through blogging, one would be able to understand how a person thinks and do. That is true though. Think about it. We should indeed provide people with lots of help and support that everyone needs. After all, we are a caring community, right?
