English CRIMINAL LAW must be REVIEWED

In the year 2006, 3,000 Crimes were committed by Under 10s. From Arson to Sexual Assault! These under 10s have actually had the mental capacity & bravery to commit all these crimes which can be very shocking to most people around the world. It's time that English Criminal Law is Reviewed before more & more offenders get off the hook. Currently offenders below 10 are recorded by Police & released. This sets a very bad precedent & can be seen as an 'easy get away' for adults intending to use Children to get their revenge & too be free from the burden of legal responsisbility.

A more Holistic approach must be taken, the parents & family of the young offender should be interviewed & questioned. The young offender should be sent to Juvenile Prison just as under 18s are treated. They must be given proper Counselling & Brain Storming. The Law must get to the root of the young offender & deeply review the child's state of mind, family background & environment, The child's group of friends & their environment. An indepth investigation must be carried out & the Law should not release them due to being under 10 years of age. The Law has to catch hold of the culprits, they may be the young offenders or highly likely another party involved in pressuring (Aiding & Abetting) the young child to commit such an offence.

This fact is really troubling & disturbing, The Law must come into play here & do what is needed to end this high number of Crimes committed by very young offenders. If this problem is left alone, it's going to end up as a National Threat blown out of proportion! The Judiciary & The Executive must get in without further delay & End this unbecoming problem that the country is facing today.
