It's very frustrating & heart breaking to hear from CNN & BBC about The Police Department in Portugal having the highest suspicion on Gerry & Kate MacCann over the kidnapping of their daughter Madeleine McCann from their Hotel Apartment. Police currently believe that Madeleine was Murdered by her parents, Gerry & Kate.

It's really very mind boggling & depressing to hear this news but really it remains a Dark Mystery. In today's updates, Police have completed their questioning & it's believed that Gerry & Kate can leave Portugal back to Britain but they are not legally free. Ongoing Investigations will determine their future very soon.

If evidence strongly shows that Gerry & Kate were involved, how are they allowed to fly back to Britain? This is a very huge & legal question. Perhaps the Police are afraid of Unlawful detention but if evidence is beyond resonable doubt, then why are they both allowed to leave Portugal? How does The Police Investigation & Legal System work in Portugal? I believe they do practise Common Law.

Very Strange really,something is indeed missing in the investigations.Only God knows. We'll have the Wait, Hope & Pray for Justice... Where is Madeleine???...

Update: 04/05/2009 - I've heard on the news that someone in Portugal knew what happened to the poor girl. She would have been six years old now. The thing is that the individual would have come forward to the police to inform the police about the whereabouts of the poor girl! What is the problem over there?
