House Prices Falling Fast
It will be a piece of good news for consumers. That is because house prices in the UK are falling fast! That is good as it will be the time for people to shop around for houses. It does not really matter how much but I think with the tightening of requirements to take out a mortgage to buy a property, it will be really hard for anyone to put through a propety sale.

Yes, and it's a great time for you to consider shopping around too. Prices, just like the economy has it's cycles, so it's a good time now but it will never remain low. Perhaps you can wait till it falls to it's lowest but then you have to grab when the opportunity comes.
I hope so.It is not that the house prices are falling. They are just stabilising. Less people are willing to buy at a higher price so sellers would have to lower their selling prices.
