Postal Strike again

This is coming to a point where by more and more people are using other companies to send and deliver their goods instead of Royal Mail. That is because with the many strieks which we could see for the past few months, it is distruptive to everyone especially businesness who rely on Royal Mail to deliver their parcels! What is the government's stand on this issue?

Postal workers are demanding more pay for their jobs and will the government do something to help them? I think it is a drastic measure for them to strike. If there is an alternative, I don't think they will strike, don't you think so?
