Toshiba laptop anyone?

Well, to begin with. I am not quite sure why I bought a Toshiba laptop. I got the Toshiba A200GE-1F9 and started playing with it. First impression? It is quite cheap for the specification that I am getting. Besides that, I don't think there is anything worth talking about. No... There are more to come.

First of all, it is equipped with a 250GB hard drive but since it is spinning at 4200rpm, data access is quite slow. The memory is fast considering that it comes with 2GB of Hynix DDR2-667 SODIMM memory. Fast! Graphics? Nvidia 8600M GS. It will be best if it comes with the GT version. Anyway, the screen blew me away. I am not too keen on the integrated camera though because it is not as good as the apple macbook.

Well, I don't really fancy the particular Toshiba laptop. This is because it was preloaded with Vista Business and it crashed three times before I actually did a system recovery. Next, the fan is producing so much noise until I could not take it anymore.I am quite annoyed with the noise coming from the fan. It kept on switching on and off.

I called up the company which I bought the laptop from and they said that I would have to call Toshiba because Toshiba knows everything. Well, Toshiba said that if I want to return the laptop, I would have to call the company which I bought the laptop from and arranged for an pick up. Oh well, after all the hassle, I got rid of the laptop. Return to sender!!!

Don't buy the Toshiba A200GE-1F9. Bad choice...
