Vodafone Care

Sometimes I think we have to really give big companies a run for their money before they can ever learn. I called up Vodafone and asked for a PAC code with the intention of leaving Vodafone. The customer service advisor on the phone was really nice to me. He gave me everything that I want and there is nothing that I want more for me to stay with Vodafone.

I told him that I was really unhappy with Vodafone and would like a PAC code. He said that he was sorry and he actually gave me all the things that I have asked for. Hum... That is good, don't you think so? I really want to leave Vodafone because I am not happy with one of their customer service advisor. I guess this guy really made my day.

I wish all customer service advisor would be like that.
