Vodafone UK problems

Well, to start off with, I am very satisfied with the way how Vodafone UK manage their network. I am impressed with their efficiency in making sure that there will be no drop calls or any sort of problem for their customers. In fact, I am very happy withe the mobile network in terms of their network connectivity.

However, it is not the same for their sales team. I did have an experience with them. I have gone on an upgrade and they told me that I would be able to exchange for another handset if I am not happy with the handset which I will be getting. Fine.

Eventually I got a Sony Ericsson W880i. After 24 hours of using, I am not happy with it. Do you know why? The keypad is aweful! No disrespect to the designer of the phone but I am not keen in taking onboard the phone for another eighteen months. Well, I told customer service that I would like to change it to Nokia N95. Do you know what? I had to pay an addition £200!That is rediculous! I was not told that I need to pay £200 if I want to change handset?

That is bad man! Is that the service I should expect fron Vodafone UK?
