Human relationship

Sometimes I am quite annoyed with people especially your colleagues who are not a helping hand when you are in need of help. That is an issue which is beyond my control sometimes. I don't know what I can do to improve the situation but I guess it is little that I can do. That is because I am not the individual. Obviously I could not change a persons' attitude, right?

What can I do then? I think what I can do is to defend myself in this situation. I don't like to create a senario but I think I will make one in the near future because sometimes you need to really make things across their mind and make sure that they understand what you meant before letting go. Sad but true.
