If you have watched tonight's Watchdog on BBC1, you will noticed that BT still have problems in dealing with customers in regard to installing new land lines for new customers. Oh dear... That is what BT is having problems with their system. After watching through the programme, you will notice that big companies will blame their problems on new IT systems or problems with their IT systems. Oh dear...
