Just to remind you people that you should not stay with 3 UK. As an update, even though they said that they will honour the 14 days so called 'cooling period', you must not use the handset to make any calls. Otherwise any returns are not possible. Besides that, please make sure that you go on a lower tariff when you take out a contract. This is because you can't downgrade your contract after nine months (presumably your contract is 18 months). You are stuck with the contract for the entire duration.

I have to say that it will be better for consumer to stick with other mobile network operators. Forget about 3 UK. Their network is not as good as other mobile operators.
