Boeing 787 Dreamliner

It seems that Boeing is having trouble in mass producing their upcoming Boeing 787 Dreamliner. I was once told by an aircraft engineer of Airbus that Boeing does have problem in producing their B787 as they are solving the problems relating to their fuel tanks. Oh well, now we can read on the newspaper or even on the internet that Boeing is going to delay their launch of B787 until 2009. That is a little bit too much coming from Boeing, right?

Last time we talked about Airbus A380 but now, the attention seems to be focusing on Boeing. I really hope that they will be able to begin shipment of the B787.  Well, I hope that the recent failure of the company to secure the delivery of military equipments from the Defence Ministry in the USA have no effect on the delay of mass producing B787.
