PC or Mac?

I have come across many people who told me that the next computer which they are going to purchase will be an Apple Mac. I don't understand why they are saying it. Perhaps it is to suggest to me that with an Apple Mac, you can perform any task just like a conventional PC will be doing. Well, you have first of all, Mac OS X and then you can partitioned an amount of space within the Mac to acccomodate Windows Installation. After doing so, you can just install Windows Vista or Windows XP on the Mac with bootcamp or PD 3.0.

The is true but the question is whether the price in purchasing an Apple Mac is justifiable?

We do know that an Apple Mac is much more expensive to buy than a conventional PC. Furthermore we have to ensure that each and every hardware that we buy is compatible with Apple Mac. Since Apple uses Intel chipset, it is a first step towards bringing a Mac closer to a PC. It is just like installing two OSs side by side. The Mac OS is legendary known as to be reliable and also free from crashing although we have to admit that it is much more difficult to use the Mac OS without using the right click of the mouse. Moreover, it is impossible for 90 percent of the games today to be compatible with the Mac.

On the other hand, we have the PC which is running on Windows XP or Vista which is known to be quite unreliable but most games are being developed to run on Windows platform anyway. With the possibility that a Mac to run Windows OS is a giant step towards the future. This will mean that Mac users will have the ability to play games on Windows when you dual boot the Mac! That is an excellent idea, right?

Well, the problem is that the advantage of using a Mac is evident. You can dual boot with Windows and Mac OS on a Mac but you could not dual boot on a PC! That is the problem! I really hope that someone will be able to install Mac OS on a PC soon. I just could not wait for it.
