Fanless PSU

I have been doing some research into fanless PSU for my pc. I know that my PSU is not that brilliant. It produces a peak 770w and the brand is Ezcool. Not really that famous, right? My concern now is that the computer is producing a lot of noise.

I am eliminating noise by buying passive cooled graphics card. I am on the verge of buying a Thermaltake fanless heatsink for my Quadcore. The next thing I need is actually a fnaless PSU.

Now, many people have told me that fanless PSU is not practical. Do you think that it is true? I don't overclock my pc, neither do I play games on my pc. Normally, I would just surf the internet and check my e-mails and chat. That is all. There are other times I make use of Microsoft Office for work related stuff. Do you think I can find a 500w fanless PSU for less than £100?

Until now, I can't find one fanless PSU close to 500w. I need your help, please. Thanks!
