Virgin Media update

I have to say that Virgin Media is quite competitive. They are offering broadband service at a mere tennar (Speed: 2 Mbps download, 256kpbs upload) a month for a duration of 12 months. That is pretty impressive! If you are a Virgin Media customer and you would like to take up a mobile contract with them, not a problem! For £12 a month (on a 12 months contract), you do get a decent phone like the Nokia 6500 Classic and you do get 100 minutes of talk time and 100 text messages. What do you think about it then? Isn't it good? I think it is fabulous!!! Way to go Virgin UK!!! You are simply the best!

I don't quite like Vodafone UK because their customer service is not that brilliant on the phone. I think it is best, if you want to talk to them, go to a Vodafone shop or keep on calling them until you find someone who is really nice to talk to. I always do this when I call Vodafone. See, you are a customer and a customer should be treated with respect. That is why I am looking for other mobile providers in the country.

Well, I can go back to O2 but they don't do 12 months contract anymore. They are now on 18 or 24 months contract. Orange UK's package is not so interesting. Besides, their phones' firmware have been modified. I don't like to see the Orange logo on the phone itself. As for T-mobile, it is the same situation with Orange. However, it is different with Virgin Mobile.

No doubt that Virgin Mobile uses T-mobile as their mobile carrier, it does not matter because Virgin will be dealing with their customers and not T-mobile. Don't you think it is good? I know that T-mobile's signals are not as good as Vodafone's signals. It does not really matter, isn't it? You want to receive good customer service but since you can't get it from Vodafone, which is the next best mobile provider then? Virgin Mobile!!!

Go for it then Virgin!!! I have faith in you!!!
