Nokia E75

Yes, the Nokia E75 is going to be launched in the UK next month. According to Expansys, the Nokia E75 will start shipping on 13 March 2009. It is just not too long to go, right? Until now, I am still contemplating in selling my Nokia E71 to get a Nokia E55. Do you know why? I don't feel comfortable in doing my work on the Nokia E55's keyboard. If you noticed, two alphabets are connected to one key. This is so different from the Nokia E71 where by one key is connected to one alphabet. It might take some time to get used to though.

However, if we are talking about the upcoming Nokia E75, this is it. The Nokia E75 runs on a Symbian OS 9.3 which features feature pack 2 (just like the Nokia E55) and it sports the same resolution (240x320) and with the same screen size (2.4")with the E55. However, it weights in at 139g which is slightly heavier than the E55, most probably due to the sliding keyboard. It supports Quadband GSM and also Quadband UTMS.

The functions of the E75 is similar to the E55 where it supports bluetooth 2.0+EDR, HSDPA,GPRS and HSCSD with acceleromater sensor. The firepower is merely 369mhz and supports Flash Lite 3.0. It has a 3.2MP autofocused digital camera and it has wi-fi too. You can use Microsoft Exchange on it as well as Pop3 or IMAP4 mail servers. I am quite concerned with the 1000mAH battery on it. I hope that it will last longer than the Nokia E51! It has A-GPS too so you would not get lost easily...
