I think mobile providers should be more flexible taking into account a loyal customer who has been with them for four years. I don't know what are they thinking of. It is just that they need to learn from Virgin Mobile. They are flexible, unlike Vodafone UK and O2 UK. Perhaps these two companies do not need more customers because they have sufficient customer base. All they need is to maintain the customer base.

O2 UK
My contract with O2 is coming to an end. I just want to cancel the contract but they tried to win me over and stay on with them. I don't think they can do it because I am looking at a contract over 12 months and the least which they can do for me is 18 months. Although I could go for the SIM only option, I don't like that. I want a new mobile phone since I am going to be contracted for another period of time. Tough!
