O2 Network Problems

I have to admit defeat to those people who said that O2's service is below par. I used to recommend O2 to other people when they ask me of which network to use in the United Kingdom. Now days I have to ask the location that they are staying first before mentioning the correct network.

I am really disappointed with O2 lately. I am saying this with a heavy heart. Do you know why? I can't get any signals when I am at home! I need to get out of the house before I can make a call. I can't receive any calls when I am at home unless I am in the bathroom. Funny huh?

I am afraid that if O2 is not going to improve their network coverage, more and more people will leave O2. That is the most important point...
