Air France

I am so shocked by the missing Air France flying from Brazil to Paris which supposedly have landed in Paris yesterday. Until now, they have not found the aircraft. Search and rescue were hampered by the bad weather although according to Yahoo! News that a civilian TAM pilot saw a bright orange flame emerging from the sea which is close to the spot where the Air France plane had gone missing.

I am really sad and hope that the place will be found and passengers will be rescued. The thing is that passengers might be alive but they would not be able to survive under such conditions even with their life jackets on as some may die of hyperthermia.

Update: 02/06/2009 - Airborn Early Warning Aircraft has spotted debris close to the crash site of the Airbus A330-200 which was only been put into operation since 2005! That is a new aircraft!!!

Update:03/06/2009 - Brazilian search and rescue team has found the wreckage of the ill-fated Air Franc AF447. Peace to all souls! I am really disappointed with the news but what has happened has happened. The worst of all is that they have not found the black box. I am not surprised that there is nothing in the blackbox when the plane went down if there is no backup battery on the blackbox. Rest in Peace...

Update: 04/6/2009 - IT seems that the wrekage on the sea is actually not part of the debris from the ill-fated Air France AF447.... It is just trash!!! Now it is strange...Very strange... Where did Air France AF447 go? disappeared?

Update: 30/06/2009 - They have found more bodies but they still can't find the plane's black box. I think the black box must have drifted into the ocean and deep down under the ocean floor and I don't think we will know what happened to the ill-fated airplane without it...
