Nokia E72 Unleashed!!!

It has been a year since Nokia released its Nokia E71. It was not quite accepted by many people but after a month or two, it gained popularity. Not too soon, many people came to know about the existence of Nokia's good old E series design and the model was loved by many. It uses Symbian's S60 3.2 UI and packed a punch! The digital camera has been upgraded to 5MP supporting autofocus. One thing which stands out is the new optical navi key which replaces the traditional five-way D-pad. I think it is a good move by Nokia to change. I think the design of the optical navi key was inspired by the movement of many of the touchscreen phones today.

I feel that the Nokia E72 will be a hot item. It will come in three colours. The OS will be much faster and hopefully the battery will last longer. I feel that one thing good which Apple's OS 3.0 is trying to catch up is the ability for a single programme to stay active in the background. Well done! I think I might be interested in the Nokia E72. Having said that, I still feel that the Iphone 3G which I am using is sufficient.
