Play.com

I am a regular user of Play.com. It is a site where it offers fantastic products at fantastic prices although some products may not be the cheapest but their reliability ratings are good. It is not the first time I am buying something from the website and two days ago, I make use of the website again.

On the website it says that the particular product will be dispatched within 24 hours after acceptance. Oh well, it is already way past 48 hours and I am only getting the status as 'packing' and not 'dispatched'!!! What is going on with them this time then? Bear in mind that their company is based in Jersey so it might take a little longer to post items to their customers.
