If you are looking for a reasonably priced insurance for your car or for your home, take note! Be careful when you call up Aviva Insurance. I'm not sure why do I have such hunch but I have to tell you to stay away from Aviva Insurance.
I'm not sure whether the sales person over the other end is being trained. This is because he does not seem to know anything of what he wants to sell!!! How pathetic it is? In turn, I have to guide him to ask me some questions! Can you imagine that?
Stay away from Aviva Insurance. I do believe that the old Norwich Union is much better. That was before it was taken over by Aviva.
