Under Pressure

Have you ever been under pressure from studies or from work? If you do, what would you do to minimise or to eliminate the pressure off you?

Well, what you can do first is to do something which you like or something relaxing. It is simple to say but to action is pretty hard. What is the cause of the problem then? It is all down to the timing and the ability to minimise their pressure.

If someone is unable to minimise their pressure, what might happen? Well, one might just go down to drinking or smoking to ease their pressure or even take drugs!

Everyone or somebody, in certain part of their life, would be submitted to any form fo pressure. It is really sad to know that there are those pressure are basically uneccesary. For instance, you got scolding from your superiors because you were new and not used to your new work place. No chances were given if you have done a little mistake. You were told that the reason why they are harsh towards you is because of the rules and regulation. Oh yes, rules and regulation and no flexibilty. Now, you tell me then. Is this fair?

I think it is really important to have a good team work within your work place. It is vital to have good people working with you and not taking advantage of you. Worst of all is those people who are jealous of you and making things more difficult for you to proceed. Worst of all, you are being said as a led down all the time, not before you are being told that you will not pass the test which is crucial to secure your place in the place where you are working. What you are just trying to do is to do your best in your work place without the need of extra pressure, right? Why couldn't they just accept us as we are? Why can't they just accept us because we are good in our work? Just because no other Chinese ever worked in the particular area, it does not mean that one can just take advantage of his or her status to look down on other people who are just trying to make a name for themselves, right?

What if you are good in your studies and also your work but sometimes mistakes will happen as we are just human. Can't they just accept it? No one is perfect, don't you think so? Just give us a chance, have some patience and in time we will succeed!!!
