Pay rise for over 1 million government employess
I am indeed very happy to know that the government has finally given the green light to increase government employees' basic wages. This would include their cost of living allowance and their basic pay. The best thing is that apparently the lowest pay of a cook which originally carried a pay of RM480.85 will receive RM649.15. With incentive, he will get around RM1024 a month!!! That is a big increase, don't you think so? It is about time that the government do so. It is a long overdue.

I meant that the Pay rise is coincedence with upcoming General Elections! Only you know that this time my vote goes to DAP. We need a STRONG Opposition as an effective means of Check & Balance.
