Massage

My shoulder ache again. What a bother. I then went to the local chinese medicine shop to get some real good massage. Well, what can I say? The pain went off only after one treatment! That is wonderful!

I am really pleased with the staff because the staffs are good in their work. The problem with many alternative medicine shop is that they do not have sufficient strength to give me a proper massage of my back and shoulder. I am really please with the result although I have to go back there again for another two treatments because with acupuncture, it takes more thann one treatment to feel the reward and it last longer than just a massage. Combining acupuncture with massage will be the best medicine.
