Finally! House prices falling :)

I am not sure whethet it is a good news or bad news to all but all I have to say that with the recent events in the United States regarding loans, it has affected the house prices in the UK. According to a research done recently, four bedroom houses are falling. That would be a good sign for any potential buyer or buyers who are currently looking for a good deal for the moment. It seems to me that there should not be any knock on effect on hous prices with the problems in the United States. I don't know why.

In summary, with house prices of a four bedroom house going down, it is a good sign for house buyers but not good for sellers. I think sellers should just hang on for the moment. Be patient.
