Murderer at bay

A 16 year old boy was been charged for murdering a woman while walking her dog in Ammanford, West Wales. He will be in court to answer the allegation.Well, we still do not know about the motive of the murder. I don't understand why people would just want to simply kill anyone? That is horrible! How would they be able to sleep properly at night thinking about the murder which they have done? Hum... We need to know how to help these people. It is important that rehabilitation programmes are useful over here.
