Obesity

I could not believe it as authorities are going to issue warning letters to parents whose children are overweight or obese. It begs the question of whether the responsibility of ensuring that children is healthy lies with the government or the parents.

To me, what the authorities are doing would just be something entra that they are doing. I could not imagine parents are not taking care of their children and always rely on the government to do it for them. We should not always rely on the government to do it for us. Why not we do it by ourselves then? Don't you think so?

I mean the parent of a child would notice whether he or she is overweight or pilling on the pounds. They will have the first hand experience when their children go back to the house, not the government! By the authorities issuing warning letters, it will be something over the expectation of responsibility coming from the government.

Obesity is not fatal. There is always a story to it. What is the most important is that parents should be the first to spot anything wrong with their children and talk to them. Never take things for granted.

Very Well Said! I support your statement 100%! Parents these days just deliver like animals & leave their children's welfare to the Grandparents, relatives, nanny, etc..These parents shouldn't have children! Stop Crapy Excuses!

Oh yes, the government is doing their best. What am I trying to say is that everyone should chip in to help solving the problem.
