2000 people too fat to work?!

If you read this page, you will noticed that the government have mentioned that there are over 2000 people who are too far to work in the UK! I am really surprised to hear that. I mean the people over here in the UK had a lot of knowledge about weight problems and the government have come up with lots of programmes and also sent out lots of leaflets educating the public about weight problems - overweight and also obese. Yet, the government is saying that there are still 2000 people classified as too fat to work.

Well, coming up with the statistic is one thing which the government is very good at. It is not the end, now that we have the statistic, we have to make some changes as in helping the people to overcome their weight problems. Nobody wants to be fat. The problem is that some people are shy and they will try to solve their problems by indulging in food. Due to lack of exercise, their weight would just pile on and they will become fat. We have to address this issue on a case to case basis.

We have to help these people who are too fat to work. Instead of teasing them, why not we offer our help for a start?
