First of all - Apart from signing up a contract with them which you can do it in the shop, everything else is not possible to do it except through the telephone.
Secondly - 3's terms and condition affects your legal statutory rights!
Thirdly - Customer service does not know what they are talking about. Even though they know that something is not right, they will be persistant in saying that everything is alright.
Fourthly - Network service have improved but I still get drop calls occationally due to changing of network from 3G to 2G and vice-versa.
Fifthly - You cannot downgrade your contract for the duration of your minimum term.
Note: Don't sign up a contract with 3. Trust me or you will regret.
