£4 for a pint of beer, folks?

I have read a disturbing news that a pint of beer could be increased to £4 by next year. That is rediculous! £4 for a pint of beer is really expensive! Presently, depending of what you are ordering in a pub, a pint of beer might cost you for less than £2. I think £4 is just a little bit too steep. I think if beer prices were to increased tremendously, it will deter pub goers to spend so much in a pub. What I am trying to say is that if the prediction is going to happen (£4 for a pint of beer), pub goers might just order a pint or two instead of the many pints which they could spend for the same amount of money last time.

If you read the report here, you would think that thieves have a part to play in the increased prices of beer. Oh yes, everyone has a part to play in the increased price of beer. I think it is just a problem which had snow-balled. That is the problem.

I think the government is also concerned with the fact that more and more people in the UK are binge drinkers. One way to stop them from binge drinking is to regulate the price in purchasing alcoholic drinks. Well, that is not the solution to it. By doing so, it will have a negative impact on the economy! Think about it...

Oh dear... What are we going to do now?
