Rave Party

I have seen an article on the Internet regarding the recent Rave party which was held in Port Dickson. The first question is: What is a rave party? To me, a rave party is a gathering of all people (in this case, all above 18 years old) and have fun! Obviously you do get people who are drunk and so on. It is just normal because such events are so rare in Malaysia. That is where the Assemblyman for Port Dickson came in. He complained and even lodge a police report stating that he has seen people hanging around the area after 4am and some of them were drunk; booze being sold openly; people wearing skimpy clothes and so on.

Come on, what is the matter with him? The rave party was held in seaside. Do you think a full dress is the appropriate attire? Please use your common sense! I just don't get it. Port Dickson was once The tourist attraction in Malaysia surrounded by beautiful beaches. However, the place is no longer the ideal destination out of a fashion. Tourist still come to visit PD but not as many as last time. The rave party is just one of the right thing to do, actually. It is one of those things where it will attract many people especially the young ones. I think rave parties should be promoted. Obviously, in every single situation, there will be objections to everything. What we need to do is just to balance the positives to the negatives of having such a wild night and see whether it is justifiable to have such a party. I do support it!

Oh yes! I think the main point here is that people are there to just have a little bit of fun. Is that a problem at all?

I think it is good that people have some fun. After all, we do not get such an opportunity, right? It is so unlike the western country. I wish that we have more rave parties!!! :)
