Scrap Council Tax

Scotland is proposing to scrap Council Tax in order to help people especially those people who are currently below the poverty line. I do agree with it and will support it if the Bill is going to be successful. Look at Republic of Ireland. They do not have council tax at all. All they would pay is just rubbish collection once a week or twice a week. That is all. They do not need to pay for council tax.

The problem here would be what's next? If they were going to scrap council tax, who is going to pay for the police, firemen and NHS then? Who is going to pay for their service? Have they ever thought about that?
