In fact, I think the first two years were good because Abdullah think about what the people want and he reacted towards building a better government. Unfortunately, being a 'yes' man is insufficient to run the country. You need financial backings from businessman. This will ensure that we get foreign investors and we will have a trade surplus all the time. What has Abdullah has done was good for the first two years but after the first two years, the country was not progressing at all. Shame... He should learn more from Mahathir. Why not he consult Mahathir then?

Abdullah going to Resign?
We have word that Abdullah is going to step down earlier than expected. Do you think that it is a surprise? I don't think so at all. This is because he should just step down. It has been a long five years under him and Malaysia did not really take off where Mahathir has left.

Abdullah retires in March 2009! It is FINAL! Thank GOD!
Not so fast hot shot. He is going to retire...How come so sudden? Is he not going to continue to serve the country until 2011?
He is FINISHED! And it's CONFIRMED!
Yes, he is not going to contest. The question remains - Who is going to take his place? Is it going to be Najib?
It does not have to be Najib. Tengku Razeligh Hamzah has a better track record & we must watch the turn of events. I don't think Najib can last.
