Corrupted microSD

I was trying to help out a friend whose 2GB microSD card inside her Nokia E71 was allegedly corrupted. It turn out to have corrupted my files in my Nokia E71 too! That was a shame considering that I have two corrupted files inside my Nokia E71. I don't think the microSD had any viruses inside as I have done an antivirus sweep. Anyway folks, just remember to be extra careful with your memory cards inside your phone. Make sure you buy a reputable memory cards, alright?

A very common complain by Nokia users and it's becoming increasingly common, nothing can prevent corruption of the micro sd card, steps to minimise curruption is possible but there is no 100% Prevention.

I don't know what went wrong. It could be the microSD card though and not Nokia. Sometimes there will be faulty microSD cards.

Got it sorted. I bought another microSD card. It is from Kingston and I hope that it is alright.
