Helping a friend

Yes, my friend came in to ask me for help. He can't get his BBC Iplayer to download tv programmes anymore. He can't also watch youtube programmes. Guess what? I found out that his date on his laptop was two months ahead of our time! What do you expect? I've got it sorted. The next thing is him being unable to watch youtube programmes when he is at home. I think there is something to do with his wireless broadband. If the signal is week, I don't think he will be able to watch anything in his house. Good luck to him!!!
