Remember I once wrote about the inefficiency of 3 customer service? Well, look now! Last time I complained about their 3 days return policy. It means that customer only have three days to think it over if they want to return the phone. The new phone can only be returned if nothing has done to the phone. You can't use the phone to make or receive calls; send or receive text messages or downloading stuff from the internet. I don't see the point of having such a return policy. How would customer test out whether they like or dislike the phone they are using if they are not given the opportunity to do so?
Now, 3 have change their return policy from 3 days to 14 days. Other terms remain the same. I don't see how it will benefit customers. Look at the attached picture and you will see what am I trying to say.
