Zimbabwe economy (update)

I don't understand why is it so hard for a leader like Robert Mugabe to lead Zimbabwe to its glory, back in the 1908s. He has been the forerunner of the country. For more than twenty years he has cling on to power. What has he done to the country?

Before the independence of Zimbabwe, he was called the hero of the country. He seek an independent Zimbabwe, away from British rules. Fine. He got what he wanted. At that point in time, Zimbabwe was at its peak. The economy was booming and the exchange rate was equal to the British Pound. What has he got to say about now?

Certainly corruption is another big problem in Zimbabwe. I do come to know about two person from Zimbabwe and they told me that their parents are politicians. Well, I think only politicians in Zimbabwe will have the ability to send their children to the UK to study, right? Look at Zimbabwe now. Its economy is on the brink of collapse. The Central bank of Zimbabwe had no choice but to release a 100 trillion Zimbabwe dollar note. Can you imagine 100 trillion Zimbabwe dollar which equals to a mere US$235? The country has gone into 'super' hyper-inflation mode. It is really sad to see people suffering from the doings of Robert Mugabe.

You know what? The people in Zimbabwe should vote him out of being a president. He should just step down. The people have suffered enough. It is time for him to move out of politics.
