Boy 13, Father?

Have you ever come across a boy who is already a father at 13 years old in the UK? I don't know though but it is true. I don't see why it is so cool to have a baby when you are so young and his partner, now only aged 15 years old! That is still below the minimum age of consent! What is going on over here?

I don't think there is any problem in that so long as their parents are going to taken care of the baby. The main problem here is that the boy and the girl themselves need caring by their parents. What about now then? A baby boy from them? The good thing is that they will see that their age will not go too far from their son's age when he grows up, for sure. Oh well, that is the thing, isn't it? The trend now, to have baby at an early age? MPs are debating over this issue now in the Parliament. Have a look here.
