Uninstalling Windows Live Messenger

If you find it hard to uninstall Windows Live Messenger, not even through the Add/Remove button, just go to run and then place 'msiexec /x {0AAA9C97-74D4-47CE-B089-0B147EF3553C}' without the ' into the box and hit enter. You will be able to uninstall Windows Live Messenger!!!

If you have Windows XP X64 version, you can't install Windows Live Messenger 9.0. The best that you could install is version 8.1. Details as to how you can install it is here. Alternatively, you can download the .msi installer of the version 8.5 from here.
