What would happen is that it will drive customers away - I am one of them. Staffs were really rude to me and I am not happy with them at all... They were not like that before the announcement that the bank will be laying off staffs.

HSBC in Trouble
Yes, have you heard? HSBC is making many people redundant. What is the knock on effect then? It may be that staffs are really reluctant to go but they are forced to be laid off. They are really shocked and very dissatisfied with the bank. What would they do then? They might take on a go-slow policy and being very nasty to customers.

HSBC is in trouble in the UK but HSBC M'sia is still doing better than other banks.
That is a good news then. Well, you might want to try to ask for a loan application from HSBC plc instead.
