AMD Phenom II X3 4 Cores enabled

Well, if you noticed, you will be able to get one of AMD X3's fourth core enabled. In order for you to do that, you need the original BIOS from both Asrock (790GX chipset: M3A790GXH/128) and Biostar which supports AM3 processors.Get a Phenom II 720 Black Edition and in the BIOS, set the ACC to 'on'. Try unlocking the fourth core to give you another 2MB of L3 cache. Don't you think it is worth the try for free?

If you already own one of those AMD Phenom II X3 CPUs, you might want to try unlocking your extra core for better performance.
