Vodafone UK - Customer Service

Vodafone UK has come a long way. They used to be quite efficient in dealing with customer service but the standard has dropped. I am very sad to see that I no longer have the kind of respect for them as compared to three years ago. They seemed to be just like other mobile providers in the country who is so sales conscious and commission driven that they have forgotten about customer service...
