Yes, this is final. I have finally said goodbye to 3 UK and I am NOT going to use their mobile service anymore! I had had enough of them throughout these few years and I am not a happy bunny! Well, good luck in them trying to persuade potential customers to join their so called "biggest 3G" network in the UK.
I think 3 UK still needs to improve on their customer services. There is no point in advertising how much will customers be saving if they use their services - free making skype to skype calls and free msn messenger chatting. Well, it comes to a point where marketing "gimmicks" like this will no longer work.
Goodbye 3 UK... Sayonara!
