Vodafone - No Coverage...

I am quite disappointed with Vodafone as I have logged four calls with their customer service stating the same problem - I don't have coverage at home!!! One customer service officer gladly told me that they are aware of the problems and they are doing their best to fix the remaining broken tower. Well, I'm not being told whether it will take a long time or not but I'm really disappointed as the weather is not helping either.

I could not go out due to the snow and I don't get signals when I am at home! How cool is that? There is no way of me complaining because I can't use my Vodafone line to make a call to Vodafone's customer service!!! I really hope that their broken tower will be fixed by tomorrow the latest... It is really disappointing!

Thank you Ian. I'm so delighted that someone is actually taking interest in their customer's problem!

By the way, the problem has been solved after making five calls over five days last week and this week along.

In the end, the customer service officer told me that it was the fault of my sim card and there is nothing to do with the break down of the transmitter towers near my place. I was gutted as I could have my sim card replaced there and then in a vodafone shop on the same day I had the problem five days ago!
