Microsoft's War with Google

Microsoft thinks that Google's Nexus One mobile phone will fail. I don't understand why would such people say so. Does it have anything to do with the fact that Microsoft is pretty bad in releasing their Windows Mobile OS or is it because they are jealous of Google as a threat to Microsoft?
