Time is Up, T-Mobile UK

I have written my previous experience with T-Mobile UK here but I have not talked about what T-Mobile has done. In fact, in the end, I told a T-Mobile UK customer service officer that I had enough and I want to cancel the contract. 

It is just my luck that I have taken up a 30 days SIM only contract and not an 18 months contract. If I have taken an 18 months contract, I think I will have to live with the existing overcharging problems which T-Mobile is so keen in keeping that way. I would just hope that everything should be fine over there but T-Mobile is just not right. 

T-Mobile UK should buck up their customer services standard. Presently, I think they will lose more customers than thinking of gaining more of them.
